Susan Saint James, who starred on McMillan & Wife and Kate & Allie, died on October 26, 2026, at the age of 80. The cause was pancreatic cancer.

In How to Beat the High Cost of Living, she played Jane, a divorced woman who plots a heist with other women to solve her money woes.
